03 — The Problems We Fix

DIAGNOSIS.
SYSTEM BUILT.
PATTERN FIXED.

These are the five revenue problems we were built to solve. Every diagnostic we run finds at least one. Most find three.

Our approach

We don't publish client metrics without permission. What we can show you is the structure of every problem we fix — the diagnosis pattern, the system we build, and why it works. When we have results to share, they'll appear here with the client's sign-off.

Campaign Sprawl

What We Find

Multiple campaigns bidding against each other. Ad sets stuck in permanent learning phase. Brand terms competing with themselves. Budget is flowing — but not to outcomes. Attribution tracks clicks, not sales, so the waste is invisible until a diagnostic runs.

What We Build

Consolidated campaign architecture with closed-loop GA4 attribution. Every active campaign tied to a real purchase or qualified lead signal. Learning phase managed with deliberate budget sequencing.

We find fragmented campaign structures in most accounts we audit. The more channels running, the worse the overlap.

Attribution Blindness

What We Find

Platform ROAS looks profitable. But multiple platforms are claiming credit for the same sale. Last-click gives Meta credit for a conversion Google Search closed three days earlier. Leadership cuts Search. Revenue drops. The team blames seasonality.

What We Build

De-duplicated attribution model. Offline conversion imports from CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) wired back into campaign bidding. A single source of truth for what each channel actually closed.

The gap between reported ROAS and real ROAS is almost always the first thing our diagnostic surfaces.

03 / 05Retention

CRM Decay

What We Find

Acquisition campaigns retargeting customers who already bought. No suppression lists. No CRM sync. You're paying Meta and Google to reach people already in your pipeline — while ignoring the segments most likely to convert or expand.

What We Build

CRM audience sync across every active ad platform. Suppression lists for existing customers and active leads. Lifecycle segmentation so the message matches where each person actually is in the funnel.

Without CRM sync, CAC is always higher than it needs to be. This is one of the fastest wins a system build unlocks.

04 / 05Paid Search

Intent Mismatch

What We Find

Keyword strategy built for volume, not intent. Top-of-funnel informational terms consuming the majority of budget. Conversion rates below 0.5%. The account looks active — impressions, clicks, traffic — but the pipeline is empty.

What We Build

Bottom-funnel keyword rebuild focused on high-intent commercial terms. Negative keyword architecture to block informational traffic. Match type strategy tightened around proven conversion signals.

Search accounts optimised for traffic instead of intent almost never produce predictable pipeline. The fix is structural, not a bid adjustment.

Seasonal Architecture Gap

What We Find

No pre-built seasonal strategy. Budget shifts made reactively during peak windows. Creative refreshes delayed. During high-demand periods (Diwali, Q4, sale events), CPL spikes 2–3× because everything is being adjusted in real time instead of pre-positioned.

What We Build

Full seasonal revenue architecture: pre-planned bid adjustments, creative refresh schedule, paced budget distribution across all sale windows. The system is ready before the window opens.

Reactive campaign management during peak periods is one of the most expensive mistakes in paid acquisition. Planning is the product.

On system go-live: Calibration is real. Attribution layers sync over 2–3 weeks. ROAS in that window almost always lags steady state. We say this upfront because the agencies who hide it are the ones you left.
