We collect information you provide directly — your name and email when you submit a diagnostic request or contact form. We do not collect payment information directly; any billing is handled by third-party processors.
How We Use Your Information
Information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the diagnostic report, and communicate about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. When you submit a form, a one-way hashed version of your email is sent to Meta so we can measure which ad campaigns produced real leads — Meta cannot reverse this hash back to your email address.
Cookies & Tracking
We use analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) to understand, in aggregate, which pages and features work, and the Meta Pixel to measure which visits came from our ad campaigns and build retargeting audiences. We never sell your data, and none of it is shared with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
Who Processes It
A short list of processors, each doing one job: Vercel hosts the site and runs its analytics/speed monitoring, Resend delivers form-submission emails, Google (Tag Manager/Analytics) processes usage events, and Meta processes ad-measurement events for visitors who arrive from our campaigns.
